Personal Training Camp Day 4. Goal for today was 'who knows?'

Looked at the forecast and rigged two complete kits (5.5/95, and 6.5/115) so I would be ready. Wind sort of following the forecast so around noon went out on the 6.5/95 but was a hair under-powered. Got a couple of runs, enough to realize that all my struggling to jibe the 115 was paying off as jibing the 95 was now much easier. Switched to the 6.5/115 and had a couple more runs but the wind was slowly fading. Went back to the 'Hilton', had lunch and watched the wind readings thinking surely it would pick back up. Finally, around 4 PM I gave in, de-rigged the 6.5 and rigged the 7.5. Back on the 115 got in some runs and then those damn muscle cramps started again. Stretched them out enough to get some more runs and then around 5 the wind faded again. Decided to bag it and hope for a windier/less crampy day tomorrow. Got everything derigged and carried back to the 'Hilton' just in time to see the wind pop back up again. Oh **** .
Takeaway for today is that I have to adjust my rigging chart. The 7.5 goes well to about 22 knot gusts, not 20. So will have to nudge everything up a couple of knots.
There were a couple of other windsurfers out today and my evil twin got some satisfaction out of smoking past them, even though today's speeds were pretty mediocre - but at least I am as fast (or faster) than somebody else...
